QR CODES AT KILLARNEY SPORTS AND LEISURE CENTRE

Over the lockdown we were busy making tutorial videos for all the strength & conditioning machines in the gym. This allows you as the gym user to scan your QR code app on the sticker of any  of our machines and within seconds having a tutorial video on your phone on how to use that specific machine. It goes through how to set the machine up and also correct teaching and sfatey points of each exercise. Our instructors are always here to help however if they are teaching a class or if you simply would rather not ask then this id defiently for you. Give it a go next time you are in!
