Following the announcement on Wednesday 23rd December 2020 the centre will close until 1st Feb 2021 at the very least

All memberships will be placed on hold and extended by the time missed. January Direct Debit memberships will be put on hold and extended too. We would ask you please not to cancel with your bank. The February DD run will not be processed.

Helena and all the Staff here would like to thank our loyal customers who have returned over the last few months. All of us appreciate your support and understanding in helping us deliver a safe training environment. They say that you health is your wealth and I think we have all come to see that this year.

Please keep an eye on our social media channels and website for updates and ideas for exercising at home. Do get out into the fresh air when you can and keep moving. If you cant get out, challenge yourself with 10 extra climbs of the stairs or 2 extra laps of the garden/hallway. The more you move the better it is for your heart.

Have a safe and happy New Year... if you raise your left leg at midnight you will start 2021 on the right foot!
